How It Works

Initial Phone Call

We’ll start with a short phone call to understand your goals and walk you through my process, so you have a clear sense of what we can achieve together.

Full Body Assessment

The next step is to book in a full-body assessment, which typically takes between 45–90 minutes. During this session, I’ll assess all aspects of your movement, including joint and postural alignment, core function, breathing mechanics, and flexibility.

 

I’ll also take into account your medical history and personal goals. Using a combination of methods and insights from the institutes I’ve trained with, I’ll design a tailored program that best supports your body and what you’re looking to achieve.

Programming

Using the CHEK and FMA models, you can be confident that no stone is left unturned. The assessment process and resulting exercise programs are thorough and highly individualised.

Following your assessment, I’ll guide you through a selection of initial homework — including mobility and/or stability drills — so you can begin straight away.

From there, I’ll design a tailored program specific to your body and goals, ensuring a clear and structured path forward.

Everybody is different, therefore each person needs a specific program designed for them. This is not a one size fits all approach, nor is it a “quick fix”. This approach essentially involves re-programming your movement patterns and nervous system so as to increase strength, limit your chances of re-injuring yourself and building a better, stronger you.
